Natura island

The “Natura” island includes three different hot dishes, including two that alternate each day from Monday to Thursday. This concept consists of offering a traditional dish prepared with at least one product grown locally that has a quality label such as GRTA (Genève Région –Terre Avenir), a certified organic product or a free trade product.

The “Natura” island offers the following three types of meals:

Tradition menu
The “tradition” or “home-style cooking” menu offers meals consistent with the local culinary culture. It also takes nutritional balance into account in preparing traditional French and Swiss speciality dishes.
In addition to the fact that this menu respects the meticulous utilisation of seasonal products, it successively features meat, poultry and fish dishes.

Spit Roast menu
Alternating with the “Tradition” menu, the “Spit Roast” menu is a concept proposed by our kitchen staff offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a whole fish or roast piece of meat and its fragrant cooking juices.
A true cookery performance, it judiciously combines tradition and healthfulness, offering the delightful flavours of a spit-roast barbecue.
Sliced before the guests’ eyes, spit-roast meats deliver consistent quality both in terms of service and taste. Spit-roasting fosters perfect mastery of the cooking process, brings out the true taste of the ingredients and optimises serving time.

 

Vitrality island

The “Vitality” island presents dishes prepared using the healthiest cooking methods.
This option is a popular alternative for its lightness and balanced approach.

Throughout the week, a balanced protein-based dish is alternated with a vegetarian dish:

Balance menu
The “Balance” menu  offers a light, balanced meal for anyone paying attention to their diet. It is available three times a week as the “health and fitness” alternative to the other menus.

Vegetarian menu

Special attention is brought to the selection of alternative proteins in composing each vegetarian menu. This menu is served directly on a plate to not only offer an original recipe but also guarantee the quick service that is necessary to keep the restaurant traffic flowing smoothly. 6 |

My Plancha Island

Simple and tasty as can be, the “My Plancha” menu is not to be missed. Each day, discover a variety of products, including butcher’s cuts, fish fillets, seafood and side dishes served in a particularly attractive way on a bed of crushed ice. Choose the one you prefer and have it cooked “to order” by our chef.
Choose from various sauces, vegetables and starchy side dishes, as well as traditional fried potatoes, cottage potatoes and soufflé potatoes to complete your meal.

Pasta and pizza island

Pasta menu
This whirlwind of colours and flavours is sure to satisfy you. Each day, enjoy a different type of fresh, dry, stuffed or whole-wheat pasta. Throughout the week, our pasta dishes alternately include delicious, freshly prepared Asian noodles.

Pizza menu
As delicious and authentic as you like, traditional pizzas, calzone, focaccia and other specialities are prepared and baked to order.

Salad and hors-d'oeuvre buffet
The salad and hors-d’oeuvres buffet offers a pleasant, varied choice of salads, raw vegetables and hors-d’oeuvres to complete the restaurant’s main dishes. 
Local seasonal products are brought into the spotlight for their variety, freshness, colour and decorative appeal. Through a partnership with premium suppliers all over the Lake Geneva area, the chef provides a wide array of domestic products with local quality, organic or fair trade labels.

Dessert bar
Each day we offer a wide selection of desserts and treats. 
Naturally, seasonal fruits are featured in the greatest diversity of forms imaginable, such as subtly stewed or delicately poached and served in a delicious juice. 
Variety and colours abound in this indulgent gourmet selection. The talent and creativity of your chef and pastry chef provide a considerable array of desserts offering a great variety of shapes, colours, flavours and ways to be enjoyed.
